The Joshua Tree Area Thrift Guide is a trifold map and brochure that introduces shopper to a variety of secondhand stores and markets throughout California’s High Desert and Coachella Valley regions. It was designed and edited by Carmelle Safdie following her 2016 stay at Andrea Zittel’s Wagon Station Encampment, and updated in early 2019. It has been published as part of A-Z West and High Desert Test Site’s Desert Destination Log since 2017.
